    We offer a curated portfolio of Philips, Mindray, and Alpinion systems:

    • Philips: Available for maternal-fetal medicine, OB/GYN, and out-of-hospital radiology
    • Mindray and Alpinion: Offered for OB/GYN and point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS)
  • Can I order replacement parts or probes through Preferred Medical?

    Yes. We supply a wide range of new and pre-owned ultrasound parts and probes, all tested for quality and performance. We support systems from major manufacturers, including Philips, GE, Siemens, and more.

  • Is training included with system purchases?

    Absolutely. Every system includes customized applications training, provided by experienced clinical specialists. Training can be delivered on-site or virtually and is tailored to your equipment, specialty, and workflow.

  • What kind of service and warranty coverage is available?

    All new systems are backed by a five-year warranty, supported by Philips’ industry-leading service organization. We offer comprehensive field service, preventive maintenance, and flexible service agreements. Contact support 24/7.

  • Who provides service in my area?

    Across the United States, service is backed by Philips. In the Southeastern United States, we’ve partnered with Tri-Star Medical Technologies to provide enhanced regional support. We do not serve territories outside of the United States.
