Preferred Medical provides ultrasound-related software, hardware, training, and service support to healthcare providers and institutions. The Services may include:

  • Purchase and support of ultrasound equipment and parts
  • Technical support, applications training, and maintenance services
  • Informational content via our blog and educational materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.


3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and product documentation, are the property of Preferred Medical or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.


7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Preferred Medical disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Some products may include manufacturer warranties, which are governed by separate terms.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preferred Medical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or use—arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Preferred Medical in the six (6) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including CCPA and GDPR.


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will immediately cease, and any outstanding payments will remain due.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance.
